One year ago, the Republican National Committee released the results of the Growth and Opportunity Project. The Project, also called the GOP “autopsy,” called for reforms within the party in order for it to be more competitive, such as a new emphasis on minority voters. While critics have said that little has changed, the RNC has made in-grounds on its data infrastructure, Sen. Rand Paul has gone around spreading the big-tent message, and the party has hired more outreach operatives.
