The court fight over President Obama’s health care law is underway. What will most likely be a hot issue in the election, critics have called the law overreaching. Advocates say that the bill helps fix injustices in the system. Some advocates, however, think the law doesn’t go far enough. The case may not even get ruled because of taxes. An 1867 law, the Anti-Injuncion Act says that laws with taxes cannot be ruled on until the taxes take effect. However if that happens that will be after all arguments have happened.
