Is President Obama’s individual mandate in trouble? Well according to CNN Legal Analyst, Jeffery Toobin, maybe. He was at court, and not impressed. However, all is not lost, Chief Justice Roberts seemed to disagree with some of the points the opposition brought up. Today was the day for hearing about the individual mandate, which means today could be the most important day of all. The final ruling is not expected to come until June, and they may rule that they cannot rule because of taxes in the law.
