Romney Campaign Takes Page From Obama 2008

When President Obama at a press conference said the economy is “doing fine,” Republicans immediately pounced on the remark. They apparently didn’t have to look very far for inspiration, though. When Senator John McCain said the fundamentals of the economy were strong in 2008, the Obama campaign attacked the remark. Now, the Romney campaign is changing the context of the ad to attack the President. Even the music is the same.

Obama 2008 Ad, “Fundamentals”

Romney Campaign Ad, “Doing Fine”
