Hello, and welcome to the Daily Briefing for September 27, 2012. Now, today our top stories are:

President Obama Is A Job Creator.
Former Vice President Gore Has A New Role.
Both President Obama and Mitt Romney Spend the Day Focusing on Veterans.

Now its time for our Short and Sweet Stories, our top stories condensed.

According to the the latest report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics shows that President Obama may be a job creator after all. While he has lost 4.4 million jobs in his term, he has gained 4.5 million jobs. He is in fact up by 125,000 jobs. Republicans used to call President Obama a “job killer” but now that’s just spin.

Former Vice President Al Gore will be hosting Current TV’s debate coverage. Al Gore also hosted the network’s coverage of the convention. Al Gore started the network in 2005 with Joel Hyatt, and has been becoming more liberal with the retooling of the network.

Both President Obama and Mitt Romney spent the day campaigning for the veteran vote. This was the second day in a row for Mitt Romney. The veteran vote could be crucial for the candidates to win Virginia.
