Conservative news personality Tomi Lahren is joining Fox News as a contributor. Her first appearance will be tonight on Hannity.
Fox News will be Lahren’s third network in three years. She got her start at One America News Network, hosting a primetime opinion show on the network. She later left OANN and then joined Glenn Beck’s The Blaze, hosting Tomi. Appearing on The View earlier this year, she said she was pro-choice and called conservative pro-life advocates “hypocrites.” She was then suspended from The Blaze by Beck and the two parties sued each other. The lawsuits were settled and Lahren left The Blaze. Lahren was also known for her Final Thoughts videos that were takedowns of her ideological opponents. Her Final Thoughts from her OANN time launched her into conservative media stardom.
After leaving The Blaze, Lahren was hired by the pro-President Trump political action committee, Great America PAC, as a spokesperson. Lahren continued to be active on social media while appearing on commercials for the group.
Fox News says that Lahren will mostly appear on Hannity, but the cable network also says that Lahren will also be involved with a digital offering.
“I am blessed and honored to join the Fox News team,” Lahren said on Facebook. “The Fox News digital future is bright and I can’t wait to take it to new heights!”
