House of Cards hits Netflix Instant tomorrow morning and political junkies are looking forward to it. Apparently, someone in the Tom Wolf campaign also is a fan because the campaign’s new slogan is eerily similar to the slogan used by Rep. Peter Russo for his PA gubernatorial run in the show. The local politics website, PoliticsPA, noticed the similarities and the national media has blown up the story since then. However, the campaign, too, has jumped onto the story and sent out this tweet joking with the comparisons. Tom Wolf, a Democrat who previously served as Secretary of Revenue, may want to avoid further similarities with Rep. Russo. The fake Representative was an alcoholic and a drug user until getting killed by main character, Frank Underwood.
