Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell sent an email out asking for donations on behalf of Republican nominee Gabriel Gomez. Gomez was originally in a very tight race with Democrat Rep. Ed Markey, but the two have been getting farther apart. In the email, Senator McConnell says he’ll match any donation up to $32,000 and that Gomez is the first step in regaining a Republican Senate. However, Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren then used the email in her own email to fundraise for Ed Markey.
