Congressman Ron Barber is currently losing his seat in a race destined for a recount. The latest results have challenger Martha McSally winning by eighty-one votes. However, according to a Facebook post from the McSally campaign, there is still counting to be done. This does not even include the provisional ballots that have not been counted yet. The Daily Kos and the Arizona Secretary of State’s website both report that neither early votes nor provisional ballots have been counted. In a race like this, that might just swing the election. Ron Barber was elected earlier this year to replace former Rep. Gabby Giffords, his former boss.
