Bristol Palin, daughter of Sarah Palin, has come out against President Obama’s announcement that he supports same-sex marriage. In doing so, she also attacked the popular tv show Glee. In an blog post, she said that President Obama should have been a leader and told her children that marriage is between a man and a woman. Bristol Palin was referring to how President Obama said he looked to his daughters for how to deal with the issue. President Obama also said that his daughters could not understand why their friends’ parents could not marry. Bristol Palin said that President Obama should have been a father, instead of a follower. Bristol also said that their daughters watched one too many Glee episodes. Glee star Jane Lynch is openly gay and praised President Obama’s announcement yesterday.
