Democratic sources are saying that Democrats are planning contingency plans in the event that weather doesn’t permit President Obama to accept his party’s nomination as the current venue. President Obama and Vice President Biden are currently scheduled to deliver their acceptance speeches at the outdoor Bank of America Stadium. The other convention events will take place at the indoor Time Warner Arena. The contingency plans are unlike the ones Republicans had been discussing, where tropical storms may have hit them. Just rain could cause President Obama and Vice President Biden to move.
