The ad portrays President Obama as a negative person who seems to think that America’s best days are behind us. The ad portrays President Reagan as optimistic, definitely feeling it was “Morning In America.” The ad ends wishing President Reagan a happy birthday and saying that they missed President Reagan’s optimism.
