Fox Business Shuffles Line-Up

Fox Business Network has announced a new schedule as the network aims to compete more effectively with CNBC. In addition, Maria Bartiromo’s new program now has a title, Opening Bell. At CNBC, Bartiromo anchored Closing Bell. Under the new schedule, Imus in the Morning will from 6-9 A.M., Opening Bell from 9-11, and Varney & Co. will move to 11-1. For now, Markets Now will air from 1-2, until a new show with Deirdre Bolton is further developed. Bolton recently joined the network after working at Bloomberg TV.

In addition to the daytime changes, the evening and primetime schedule will be adjusted as well. Money with Melissa Francis will move back three hours to 2 P.M. Also, The Willis Report with Gerri Willis will move to 5 P.M., a previous timeslot for the show. Finally, Cavuto will move back to 6 P.M., with a repeat at 8 P.M.
