Aides to Mitt Romney are saying that the former Governor, and presumed loser of the election, is not ready to concede the election. No one is knows why he won’t, but some are saying that it is due to Ohio and provisional ballots. Back in 2004, Sen. John Kerry did not concede that night because he felt confident about the provisional ballots. Some are wondering when President Obama will speak, since the person who lost usually speaks first. It is also unknown whether or not Mitt Romney has placed his concession call yet.
