Report: Rep. Jackson to Resign Seat

According to reporting done by the CBS Chicago, as part of a plea deal Rep. Jesse Jackson, Jr. will resign his House seat. Rep. Jackson would resign due to his health issues, and most likely face jail time. The newly re-elected Congressman has been under investigation for misuse of campaign funds. Rep. Jackson has recently had a publicly observed private battle with bipolar disorder, which has had him admitted into the Mayo Clinic.
